Orders earlier in the day will be fulfilled immediately.
Orders placed after 8 pm may be fulfilled the next morning.
We pay careful attention to every order we fulfil, especially because every customer matters to us. However, if a non-perishable product reaches you and you are unsatisfied, please email us to help you replace it.
For orders outside AUN, customers who are unreachable during the delivery time may be required to pay a fee for an additional delivery.
Our 'Shop for Me' fee is non-refundable except it is excess.
